Waffles With Peaches & Blueberries
These waffles are so good, and it's such an easy breakfast. I usually like to buy the multigrain waffles, but lately, I've been buying the big box at Walmart. We pop 2 waffles in the toaster, and when they pop up, spread butter/margarine on top. Then we put sliced peaches and blueberries on top (we've been using canned peaches right now; you can get the sugar-free peaches with no syrup; and we've been using frozen blueberries); then you just drizzle some blueberry syrup around, and it doesn't take a whole lot of syrup because the fruit will give you your flavor; the syrup just adds a little extra. It is such a delicious breakfast, and my family loves it. Blueberries are really good for you, being that they provide a rich source of antioxidants. Enjoy!
