Things I Love Thursday- Strawberry Pie

There's just nothing like a fresh strawberry pie, and we're not talking complicated here. Simply a pie crust with fresh strawberries (mixed with a little sugar, so they get juicy) will do.....yum! This was a childhood favorite; Mom used to make it every summer. Yep, I know it's really late, and tomorrow is my weigh in, but I think I might just have to snag a piece. Mmmmmm........
