Lions and Tigers and Bears....Oh My!

Today for art, Jacob and I made a tiger pencil holder, since he's having so much fun with tigers in science. It turned out pretty cute, even though we had to improvise in some areas....that's the beauty of homeschooling, though! Improvisation plays a key role, and it just teaches our children that, even though there may be a set pattern, it doesn't hurt to veer off the path sometimes to explore their own individual creative talents. Sometimes not going exactly by the pattern can actually bring out even more creativity and excitement....escapes the blah!:)
