A Little Ozarks Twang?

"I reckon I'll get my blue chair and watch the ball fields...."

This is what Jacob just informed me of. "I reckon?" I am still laughing over that one. He's growing up with that Missouri twang, that's for sure. That Missouri twang my New York college friends used to tease me about having anytime my parents came to visit. Somehow, I'd miraculously lose some of it the more time I spent away from home, but as soon as Mom and Dad came to visit, it was back to that "ole' Missouri southern drawl." It was something, though, that just showed where I came from; at least, that's how I felt about it.
